Cities have strongly encouraged social distancing and one way we help our customers is to promote payment methods that are touch-free and remote. By moving goods or service sales online, customers are adhering to requirements without interruption of the transaction flow. Having access to our gateway, provides clients with Remote Deposit solutions as well as solutions for card and ACH (send or receive.)

Support of social distancing

Our team members are our top priority, and we’ve taken the following steps to support them during this time of uncertainty:

- We are operating under social distancing guidelines in our offices and facilities.
- Team members in office have been provided masks and gloves for protection.
- Team members are empowered to choose to work remotely from home if they are able.
- We have asked team members to cancel nonessential business travel.
